For purposes of this Agreement, “Service” refers to the Company’s service which can be accessed via our website at www.robinchellis.com or through our mobile application. The terms “I”, “me”, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Company. “You” refers to you, as a user of Service.
BY ACCESSING, VIEWING, OR USING THIS SITE, AS WELL AS ALL RELATED WEBSITES OPERATED BY THE COMPANY, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE WITH THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SITE.
Accepting these terms
As the CLIENT, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with the COMPANY, a Washington Limited Liability Company according to the following terms and conditions, when you do any of the following:
- Click “I Agree”, “Purchase Now”, “Buy now”, “Sign up”, or any other language that is synonymous with agreeing to access the Company’s content
- Email your statement of agreement
- Enter your credit card information
- Sign this agreement on this page or reverse
- Enroll electronically in the PROGRAM
- Enroll verbally, or otherwise, in the PROGRAM
With this acceptance, the PARTIES agree that any individual, associate, and or assign are bound by the terms of this AGREEMENT. A facsimile, electronic, or emailed executed copy of acceptance of this AGREEMENT is legally binding with either a written or electronic signature and has the same result as an originally signed copy. The terms of this AGREEMENT are binding on any additional goods and or services supplied by COMPANY to CLIENT.
USER AGREEMENT By visiting robinchellis.com you are consenting to our Terms & Conditions. RobinChellis.com aka Light Code Healing™ contains intellectual property owned by Robin Chellis CEO of Light Code Healing™, including trademarks, trade dress, copyrights, proprietary information and other intellectual property. RobinChellis.com, Light Code Healing™ and any other proprietary name Robin has developed or sells may also be referred to as COMPANY as well in this agreement. You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, distribute, display, reproduce or perform, or in any way exploit in any format whatsoever any of COMPANY content, in whole or in part without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to immediately remove your account and access to COMPANY, including any products or services offered through the site, without refund, if you are caught violating this intellectual property policy.
This Site is provided solely for the use of current and future customers of the Company to provide you with information about the Company, to permit you to place orders for our products and services and to enable you to contact us with any questions or comments that you may have. Any other use of this site is prohibited. By way of example, you should not use any features of this site that permit communications or postings to post, transmit, display, or otherwise communicate
i. any defamatory, threatening, obscene, harassing, or otherwise unlawful information;
ii. any advertisement, solicitation, spam, chain letter, or other similar types of information;

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company and each of its directors, officers, employees, and agents, harmless from any and all liabilities, claims, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or relating to

(ii) any violation by you of law or the rights of any third party,
(iii) any materials, information, works and/or other content of whatever nature or media that you post or share on or through the Site,
(iv) your use of the Site or any services that the Company may provide via the Site, and
(v) your conduct in connection with the Site or the services or with other users of the Site or the services.
The Company reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense of any claim for which we are entitled to indemnification under this Section. In such event, you shall provide the Company with such cooperation as is reasonably requested by the Company.
LIMITATIONS ON CLAIM
Any cause of action you may have with respect to your use of this site must be commenced within one month after the claim or cause of action arises.

Without limiting its other remedies, the Company may immediately discontinue, suspend, terminate, or block your and any user’s access to this site at any time in our sole discretion.

CONTROLLING LAW, JURISDICTION, AND INTERNATIONAL USERS
This Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, U.S.A., without reference to its conflict-of-law provisions. The Company makes no representation that the materials are appropriate or available for use outside the United States.
If you access this site from outside the United States, you will be responsible for compliance with all local laws. You agree to comply with all laws and regulations applicable to your use of this site. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Washington (the state) for any disputes with the Company arising out of your use of this site.

MODIFICATIONS TO AGREEMENT
We may revise this Agreement at any time and you agree to be bound by the revised Agreement. Any such modifications will become effective on the date they are first posted to this site. It is your responsibility to return to this Agreement from time to time to review the most current terms and conditions. The Company does not and will not assume any obligation to notify you of changes to this Agreement.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS AND ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES
You agree to be bound by any affirmation, assent, or agreement you transmit through this Site, including but not limited to any consent you give to receive communications from the Company solely through electronic transmission.
When you register and or voluntarily provide your personally identifiable information to the Company, you expressly consent to receive any notices, announcements, agreements, disclosures, reports, documents, and communications concerning new products or services, or other records of correspondence from the Company. This consent is to receive notices electronically by way of email.Ability to Accept Terms

Limitation of Liability
In conjunction with the Limitation of Warranties as explained above, you expressly understand and agree that any claim against us shall be limited to the amount you paid, if any, to Light Code Healing, LLC, for use of products and/or services. Light Code Healing, LLC will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary loss or damages which may be incurred by you as a result of using our website or the resources contained herein, or as a result of any changes, data loss or corruption, cancellation, loss of access, or downtime to the full extent that applicable limitation of liability laws apply. Light Code Healing, LLC is a Limited Liability Company.
I acknowledge that COMPANY may make video and/or audio recordings of her classes, in which I may be a participant. I hereby grant Light Code Healing, LLC, the right to use such video and/or audio recordings of my name, likeness and voice in any and all forms of media, now or hereinafter created, and in perpetuity, including, but not limited to, composite or edited forms, for COMPANY to distribute, sell and use in any manner, and determine in its sole and absolute discretion. I hereby waive the right to inspect or approve any version(s), including the finished version(s), of such recordings, including written copy that may be created in connection therewith.
All content and materials available on this website are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Any inappropriate use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of any content on this site is strictly prohibited, unless specifically authorized by Light Code Healing LLC.
Commissioned, Original, Print and Digital Art
Artwork copyrights are retained by the Artist (Robin Chellis) and Robin retains the rights to reproduce the art in the future.
Buyer does not have permission to reproduce, or use the art in any form or fashion, without written permission from Artist (Robin Chellis).
You agree that artist retains copyright ownership and all reproduction rights to the artwork. The artwork may not be reproduced in any manner, whatsoever, without a written and signed agreement by Artist. Personalized commissioned artwork will generally not be reproduced by Artist, as they are created with the buyer in mind, but the pieces may be shared for advertising reasons.
Termination of Use
You agree that we may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of our website with or without notice and for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of this User Agreement. Any suspected illegal, fraudulent or abusive activity may be grounds for terminating your relationship and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities. Upon suspension or termination, your right to use this site or the resources provided will immediately cease, and we reserve the right to remove or delete any information that you may have on file with us, including any account or login information.
- CLIENT is required to give at least 7 days notice of cancellation on any memberships with COMPANY. There will be NO refunds offered if payment has gone through due to not giving required notice on termination.
- If CLIENT at anytime decides to cancel CLIENTS subscription and/or payments on monthly subscription memberships, CLIENT will lose access to their program within 24 hours. On any other services besides monthly subscription memberships, CLIENT is required to pay all agreed upon services throughout the agreed term.
- This paragraph does not affect CLIENTS rights in the event that CLIENT has a genuine and valid complaint about the way COMPANY has provided Services.
Your satisfaction with your Program, Product or Service is important to us. Yet, because of the extensive time, effort, preparation and care that goes into creating and/or providing our Programs, Products, Services and Program Materials, we have a limited refund policy depending upon the program purchased.
- There are no refunds given on down payments.
- There are no refunds for digital copies. Every effort is made to give you the highest quality of recording and results can vary according to your body and personal health.
- For 22 Day Programs, once the program has begun no refunds are given.
Refunds from Telesummit Package Purchases – Please contact the telesummit you purchased the package from for a refund. We cannot give refunds for purchases through Telesummits. They are responsible for refunds of programs purchased through their link.
You have the right to terminate your use of or participation in our Programs, Products or Services at any time by sending an e-mail to email@example.com. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to refuse or terminate your access to our Programs, Products, Services or Program Materials, in full or in part, at any time, without notice, by sending you an e-mail to the e-mail address you provided upon purchase of the Program, Product or Service. Lifetime Access definition means lifetime of program offered. Programs are subject to end at the discretion of the owner (Robin Chellis).
In the event of cancellation or termination by either of us, you will have 24 hours to pay any and all remaining payments or balances that are owed to us.
Upon termination by either of us, we reserve the right to immediately refuse or terminate your access to any aspect of our Programs, Products, Services and/or our Program Materials, including but not limited to our Website, private forum, e-mail communications, Facebook groups, live webinars or conference calls, or any other method of communications related to our Programs, Products, Services or Program Materials at any time without notice and in our sole discretion.
To date no client has ever brought up a dispute or terminated their agreement. It is hoped that should we ever have any differences, we could be able to work them out amiably through e-mail correspondence. However, should we be unable to seek resolution within a reasonable time, you agree now that that the only method of legal dispute resolution that will be used is binding arbitration before a single arbitrator, selected jointly, in accordance with the American Arbitration Association Rules. Prior to seeking arbitration, you must send an e-mail to me at firstname.lastname@example.org and include all of your reasons for dissatisfaction with your Program. You understand and agree now that the only remedy that can be awarded to you through arbitration is full refund of your Payment made to date. No other actions or financial awards of consequential damages, or any other type of damages, may be granted to you. We both agree now that the decision of the arbitrator is final and binding, and may be entered as a judgment into any court having the appropriate jurisdiction. By purchasing our Programs, Products or Services you are agreeing to a modification of the statute of limitations such that any arbitration must be begun within one (1) year of the date of the date of your e-mail to me referenced above or you waive the right to seek dispute resolution by arbitration or to take any other legal action. You also agree that should arbitration take place, it will be held in King County in the State of Washington where my business is located, and the prevailing party shall be entitled to all reasonable attorneys’ fees and all costs necessary to enforce the decision of the arbitrator.
If Client has gained access to a free product, there is no fee due.
CLIENT agrees to pay COMPANY the stated fee (the “FEE”) according to the payment terms:
- As outlined on COMPANY’s website,
- Provided through email,
- According to the Payment Schedule and the payment plan selected by CLIENT (the “FEE”), or
- As otherwise noted in this AGREEMENT.
We respect your privacy and never share your e-mail address.

Use and Consent:
If you purchase or access any of our Program Materials through our Programs, Products or Services, you will be considered our Licensee. For the avoidance of doubt, all content obtained through us is our property, and you are granted a revocable, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only, limited to you only. When you enroll in or purchase our Programs, Products or Services, you agree that you are clearly and expressly prohibited from doing the following:
- You will not copy, share or steal our Programs, Products, Services, or Program Materials, or any parts of them.
